Well, we've done it. We have tested the carseats out in the Mini. They fit. Technically. But it is tight. As Emily says, "Why would you want to have a front seat passenger when there's a cute baby in the back seat anyways?" That is going to have to be our motto. The infant seat and the convertible seat fit with moderate room for a front seat passenger. Rear-facing convertible seat...forget about it. It looks like there will be 6 months of no one riding shotgun!
I am also now on a weekly schedule of visiting my doctor. This week, we confirmed that the baby's head is down (hooray!) and that so far it does not look like baby is planning on making an early arrival. Also, I have now gained a total of 19 pounds. Perfect!
Here are a couple pictures of us putting daddy to work assembling baby gear:

The family bassinet has a new liner and has made its way into our bedroom. We got this chaise over the summer to set up our little middle-of-the-night-feeding area. I think its cute.

Here is me sporting an ever-growing belly at 35 weeks!

It's getting close! It's fun to see all the stuff you've gotten ready for little Ava.
