Introducing Patrick to Ava has gone more smoothly than I could have ever imagined. I called Ava at school to tell her we were having the baby that day, and the excitement in her voice was just precious. She has been an absolute angel with all of these changes, and is totally and completely in love with Patrick. She talks about him constantly. She loves to tickle him, kiss him, hug him, hold him, and sing to him. She has been so patient when I'm unable to do something for her immediately because of the baby. My heart is just warmed when I see how much she loves him.
