I can't believe my sweet baby boy turned one today! He had a great day. Jake and I picked the kids up early from daycare, and he ate an entire piece of pizza for dinner. Patrick got a new car for his birthday gift, and fortunately his sister is a great driver! He absolutely loves it!
Patrick was not so sure what to think about the cupcake and candle...
But he decided it was alright after all.
Patrick got a pair of red converse shoes for his birthday. They are WAY too big for him, but he thinks they're amazing and wouldn't let me take them off.
Ava took this picture. It may be the best of the night. :)
After presents we went on a family walk/stroller ride in the beautiful weather. It was just what Patrick needed to round out a great first birthday.
