Today was unseasonably warm - almost 70 degrees out. So we took the opportunity to take the kids ice skating in Forest Park. OK, well, mostly Jake and Ava ice skated and Patrick and I cheered them on. Ava is really improving at it and was even going short distances on her own. The rink was a little soupy from the warm weather, but it was still a lot of fun! Of course we had to end with hot chocolate when we got home.
