Because of work schedules, we spent Christmas Eve and Day in St. Louis with our family of four, and we'll see our families over New Year's. We missed being with our families but had a nice Christmas in our own house. We took a wagon ride to see the Christmas lights at Santa's Magical Kingdom (more about quantity than quality, but Ava enjoyed it). Then we made Christmas cookies and opened gifts from one another on Christmas Eve. Santa was good to the kiddos on Christmas morning.
