Little Gymnast

Today I took Ava to gymnastics class for the first time. She LOVED it!! That is actually an understatement. Ava was literally giggling the entire time. She got to sing songs, walk on the balance beam, do somersaults, pop bubbles, and make music. We will definitely be back...I may or may not have signed her up for this "semester" of classes. How could I not after we had such a fabulous time?! A little mommy-daughter bonding!

We were so excited because Ava's friend Katelyn and her mommy came to the gymnastics class with us as well. Katelyn lives one block down, and she and Ava went to the same daycare for a while.

Ava and Katelyn after class - as you likely know, it's near impossible to get two small children both in the same frame and also smiling. We're just happy to have them in the same frame...which took quite a bit of work.
