The weather is absolutely beautiful here today, so we took Ava to the Turtle Playground nearby our house. There are lots of giant turtle sculptures that I am sure Ava will be crawling all over in about a year or so. She really enjoyed checking out the playground equipment, especially the swings! She is finally nearly finished being sick. She had the croup and was pretty sick for several days. She had to stay home from school Monday through Wednesday last week. It didn't help that Jake was in Germany all week, either! Thankfully my mom was able to come help for a few days. What a lifesaver. Ava is also cutting more teeth. She currently has seven and isn't afraid to use them! Ouch!
