Ok, I feel compelled to do a whirlwind catch up of the last 6 months...so here it goes:
Patrick turned 2! We had a train birthday party. He loves trains, the zoo (especially the elephants), Mickey Mouse, and construction sites these days. He can spot a construction site or train from miles away! He loves to ride the train at the zoo (combining 2 of his favorite things), or to set up his zoo animals around the train track at home to let the train go by the zoo. Such a sweet imagination!
It was Christmas! We couldn't get a good pic of all of us together, but the kids had a great Christmas. Here they are making cookies, getting gifts, and just being cute.
Ava turned 6! She loves to go rock climbing at the gym with Jake. We had a Merida rock climbing party with all her little pals.
We finally got some snow! It's been a long, cold winter, but without much snow. Finally we got a good dusting and took the kids for a little sledding.

Ava and Patrick moved in together! Here they are on the first night in their new room. They're adjusting like champs, despite much hesitation on both of their parts.
