As opposed to last summer's cruel heat, we've really been enjoying this mild spring/summer. We've spent a lot of time playing in the back yard and out front with the neighborhood kids. We got Ava a kids badminton racket/birdie set this weekend. Or Blazing Batty Ball as she calls it. She's getting really good at riding her bike and scooter, too. Tonight we grilled some pork chops on the grill. The kids are relaxin', cheering Daddy on.
