We had lots of family time this weekend, which was much needed after a crazy week. The weather was kind of crummy, so we skipped both of the St. Patrick's Day parades we usually attend. We did head out to Tilles Park for a little bit yesterday to play on the playground and ride bikes. Patrick got to try the swings and slide for the first time. Ava is becoming a pro on her bike.
Patrick had two St. Patrick's Day outfits. He's now in neither of them secondary to a couple little incidents with carrots and diaper blowouts. Ah well. :) He's excited to celebrate his very first namesake holiday. Ava said it wasn't the real St. Patrick's Day today because "there are no leprechauns I guess we forgot to set the traps."
In lieu of the parade, we had Addison and Will over for lunch and playtime. Addison and Ava helped whip up some oatmeal cookies. Little chefs.
